Manufacturing Appreciation Week, celebrated across Georgia the third week of April, honors the manufacturing industry, which adds more than $52 billion annually to Georgia’s economy and provides jobs to over 600,000 Georgians. With 11,000 facilities across the state, manufacturers are helping to make Georgia prosperous through operations in aerospace, computers and electronics, plastics and many other fields.
